Story

“Mirai” delves into a mythological tale rooted in the remorse of Emperor Ashoka following the devastating Kalinga War. Legend speaks of nine sacred scriptures, each holding immense power capable of transforming a mortal into a deity. To protect these scriptures from falling into the wrong hands, nine warriors are chosen, each tasked with guarding one of the texts. These warriors, known as Yodhas, pass down their responsibilities through generations, ensuring the scriptures remain hidden from malevolent forces.

The film follows the journey of Mirai, portrayed by Teja Sajja, a Super Yodha chosen to prevent an impending eclipse—a metaphor for a looming dark force—from obtaining the sacred texts. As Mirai embarks on this perilous mission, he confronts formidable adversaries, including the enigmatic Black Sword, played by Manchu Manoj. The narrative weaves together themes of duty, sacrifice, and the eternal battle between good and evil, set against a rich tapestry of historical and mythological contexts.
